Our modern cutting room is able to process up to 3.5 t of meat per hour. Our method meets the strictest European Union standards, allowing us to export our products to all EU member states.

The high quality of the end product is guaranteed by the HACCP functional system, the regular checking and logging of temperatures around the cutting room and storage areas, and last but not least strictly recording and maintaining specified temperatures during transportation.
